Abstract

Background:

The current state shows that the prevalence of dental caries is very high and important entity in Asian countries like India. Studies are showing that resistance and side effects to the conventional treatment are increased. There is a need to develop alternative dental treatments that are harmless but could be used rather than conventional prescription therapies. Homoeopathic medicines are used for dental decay, but preclinical trials remain a major concern.
