Antimicrobial Resistance is a Big Terror for Present Community

Abstract

Antimicrobial resistance has become a big problem for doctors treating patients. So, this study was done to find out how many people are multidrug-resistant (MDR) or extensively drug-resistant. Blood, pus, and asceptic/plural fluids were obtained from the suspected patient's urine and other bodily fluids.Nutrient agar, Blood  ,Macckoney agar were used for isolation of pathogenic bacteria, Clad were used for isolation of bacteria from urine sample and SDA / PDA were used for isolation of fungus . 200 samples were chosen to isolated the MDR strain. All clinical microbiology laboratories must closely monitor MDR in order to put effective measures to reduce the threat of antimicrobial resistance. Identification and antimicrobial activity were done by Viteck-2 Compact system in IndreshMehent Hospital.
