Abstract
The significance of the research emerges from the desire of any enterprise in digital technologies to improve its financial performance. The cost of implementing system functions can be determined using functional cost analysis (FCA). A comparison of current and digital technologies was conducted in order to determine the latter's effectiveness. A specialist issues are identified in the personnel management department and recommended ways to reduce costs and improve function quality, demonstrating the FCA's effectiveness as a method for analyzing management systems in digital HR-managerial decisions.
