Abstract

Genetics, sedentary behaviour, environmental variables such as exposure to environmental tobacco smoke (ETS), and alcohol have all been demonstrated to raise the risk factors and etiologies of ADHD. Reduced adherence to a Mediterranean diet may aid ADHD development. Attention deficit disorder of the hyperactive-inattentive type. According to studies, some children are less likely to receive an ADHD medicine prescription based on socio-demographic and clinical factors.
