Abstract
This study was designed in order to study the pathological alterations cause by Salmonella typhimiurm in the mice that treated with Olive Leaves Alcoholic Extract and Ciprofloxacin .In experimental we use One-hundred mice both gander were divided randomly: 1stgroup was infected with 0.2ml /4×108 CFU/ ml I/V of S. typhimiurm. 2nd group were infected I/V with S. typhimiurm0.2 ml 4×108 CFU/ ml and injected 30mg/kg /0.4ml of Ciprofloxacin I/M,3rdgroup was given as pre-treated Olive leaf alcoholic extract 2 weeks after that injected with I/V 0.2 ml /4×108 CFU/ml S. typhimiurmthen post-treated with 30mg/kg /0.4ml of Olive leaf alcoholic extract orally until the end of experimental (60days). 4th group that were given 30mg/kg /0.4ml of Olive leaf alcoholic extract orally only. Results showed sever deposition of apoptosis marker in several organs and heavy devastating and necrotic altrationwith sever inflammatory reaction. Conclusion, experimental detect that Salmonella typhimiurm be highly virulence bacterial pathogen to induced apoptosis and necrosis in infective organs and tissues.
